A day in the life of Audrey - sleep, eat, play, sleep! Sounds pretty good peanut! Audrey is almost 7 weeks and is getting big she is finally into 0-3 month clothes but they still are too big you can see her sleeves in this picture. She continues to have long beautiful hair that can be styled! She is very sweet and a very very good baby! I think she is going to be very smiley like Sam and Carina, she smiles all the time when she is sleeping and at times starts laughing - I wish she would share the funny moments!

We think that Sam sleeps better when he wears cooler clothes; however this night we had on these hot jammies so Jeff decided to unzip him to help him stay cool!

Sam loves to have books read to him so at times we try to get Carina to help - especially if Audrey needs to be fed. His favorite books are "Hermie and Wormie" and "Goodnight Gorilla".

Last weekend was so nice here - we decided to go to the park. The kids had a really good time and it is probably a good thing that we went it is suppose to snow again this weekend :() Well that's the spring time in Minnesota!

Baby Audrey so tired almost 1 month old! I can't believe how fast time is flying!

This is Sam's new favorite thing to do - is have books read - you can see that he is also doing some reading!

On Saturday Sammy went to get his first hair cut - just a trim! He hated it - started out well until she tried to put this cape on him - then he cried the whole time she cut his hair! Afterward he loved the sucker (first time with a sucker). We may not be back to get the hair trimmed for a while!

Future friends - Sam and Paige were so funny at the birthday party - Sam would try and talk to Paige (with his pacifier in his mouth).

Yesterday we celebrated Carina's birthday - (her birthday is on Tuesday) but we had a little party for her! Her friend Gannon came and they had SO MUCH fun!! Her are some pictures from the event.

Today Carina had a recital at school for her Dancerize class - it was so cute! Carina did an awesome job, she is getting to be so big! She answered many of the questions the teacher asked and was singing all of the songs! The teacher said she always has a singer in the class and Carina is it! The kids in her class are very cute.

Audrey wants to know why her mom put this big bow on her head?! She is so little she needs a little bow - poor girl - it was too cute and I couldn't resist.

It has been a while since I posted new information - I am a little behind! Sam just turned one in January and is now 13 months. He recently went to the doctor for his one year check up. He is 25 lbs. (76 th percentile for weight) 2'6'' (54 percentile for height). Sammy is a great little boy who is so funny. He loves to smile and makes others laugh around him. He loves to sweep the floor, dance (which I have to say is so funny he really likes music) and likes to get into EVERYTHING!! Jeff and I never had to put locks on the cabinets when Carina was little - but Sam - he thinks it is funny when we say no! He likes to turn the T.V. off and has now figured out how to open the baby gate and climb the stairs! yikes.... He has been walking since his birthday and at times is starting to run - he has many bumps on his head as evidence. He is saying a few things like "go", "whoa" and has imitated "dada". Everything else is jibberish...

You may be wondering what Sammy thinks of his new addition to his family (miss Audrey) well he likes to point to her - that is about it, maybe he is still in shock? :)
